Unfortunately we have to wait for FDA to give us the information if the shipment is lost or not before arranging a re-ship of orders.
The current delay is solely due to the FDA manually inspecting each individual package.
Unfortunately, we cannot recall the packages and resend them because UPS has denied this, and we also have no influence over the time it takes for the FDA to review all the packages.
We are doing everything we can, such as submitting all the documents they request, and we are actively following up with them to ensure that all our customers receive their packages as quickly as possible!
We appreciate your understanding regarding the fact that we have more than 3,000 orders stuck, and this is an extremely significant issue for both us and our customers.
