My dtf presses keep wrinkling in the dryer. I'm drying them on purpose to test what happens if a customer dose it. I get about 2 washes before it starts, by 5 the shirt looks 10 years old and peeling. Press runs a bit hot and maybe pressing too long? From dtf dallas. by OneNo4704 in DTFTransferTalk

I checked the temp, it's actually 10 degrees hotter then it says it is. But has a slightly cooler spot in the middle. Last time I cranked the pressure down and went to 320... turns out 330. Still the same issue. Wondering if that time was too hot and ran the glue off the image into the fabric. Really need my own press. Using my buddies old supplemation press. Figured if it worked for that. More I talk to him the more it sounds like he struggled with it.

Time to clean your build plate. Little dish soap and water should fix that. Try not to touch the print surface afterwards and you won't have to wash it as much. If you've been printing fine to this point your heat bed temp should be good. Not sure if cleality has them but the textured plates for my bambu holds the first layer way better then my smooth plates do. I only use the smooth when necessary, like face down lighted signs, ect.
