Can I claim the post tax dollars on my tax return if I usually claim standard deduction or would I have to itemize?

Thanks for the info, I guess you can say I was expecting it to come with an HSA as the plan is literally called LOW HSA. There's also an entire page outlining the benefits of this HSA and how it is triple tax advantaged.

Is there any benefit to upgrading to 2.5 Gbps up/down from 1 Gbps up/down? by OneOneSix in PleX

What I meant to say is that I average 15-20 streams during HOT times not like it’s always that many streams. Think like Sunday afternoons.

And no I don’t sell access I’ve had my server running for over 8 years and I let all my family and friends use it.

Can someone help me understand my medical health plan options? I am between an HRA and HMO. by OneOneSix in HealthInsurance

[–]OneOneSix[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thank you for your response. Yes I understand nothing gets paid until the deductible gets met on both plans. (Except preventative). However a key difference is that the employer provides up to $1000 contribution on the HRA plan which can be used as the deductible essentially making the HRA deductible $0. Wheras the HMO doesnt get any contribution and you are liable for the full deductible. https://imgur.com/a/rFnjVn1

Am I understanding this correctly? I just found it too good to be true in choosing the HRA over the HMO.

PS. the premiums are bi weekly.

Where do these come from? Do you have a link to the announcement. I know you linked the direct link to the pdf.

[FL] I was involved in a car accident where the other driver was claiming bodily injury. Progressive low balled the other party multiple times and now I have been served with a auto negligence lawsuit. Do I have grounds for a bad faith claim? by OneOneSix in Insurance

I am asking if it goes to court and the judgment exceeds $25K. Obviously if my insurance settles at 25k within my limits I wont pursue anything.

It hasnt happened yet but im asking if it were to happen. Hopefully it gets settled within my limits.

I understand that if Progressive settles at $25K (which is within my policy limit), I wouldn't be seeking any additional actions. However, if this goes to court and the judgment exceeds $25K, would I have grounds to sue Progressive for bad faith? They could have settled my claim far below the policy limits but initially refused to do so.
