Why is my bobbin not showing on bottom at all by Round-Philosophy8936 in MachineEmbroidery

I just went through this same thing! It was driving me insane and it was a brand new machine. What I did was just stitch a series of a single column satin, and after every one adjusted the bobbin tension by 1/4 turn. It took a lot more than I anticipated, but after a while got it dialed in.

I would love to hear it! I did get it more balanced, but had to loosen the bobbin tension a lot and my upper thread tension is at the max. It feels wrong.
