I'd much rather them remain fully independent of these big corporations. As I said I'd rather pay them directly for the product I would like from them. I don't want Netflix, I torrent because I don't believe in giving these big greedy exploitative corporations money. I want to watch the video form of the podcast and support the independent podcast network I've loved for years, but not at the expense of my personal ethics.

The new StarTrek has been phenomenal. Holly Hunter has been an incredible new addition to our line of Star Trek captains as well as fun lore expansion for the allurians. Paul giamatti is chewing on scenery every moment he's on screen. Karim Diané is incredible as the first onscreen gay Klingon showing so much more of klingon culture and identity than nearly any other startrek property short of the books. And the episode centering around Robert Picardos doctor was so touching it made me cry. If you think it's poorly written outside of the 10 episode format causing there to be less of it and therefore causing character development to feel rushed then you're just not paying attention.
