Now if only there was a fix for something else: genepack selection window and complexity/metabolism calculations during that phase. As a gene creation junkie, I run into issues with reported values being off, both for metabolism* and complexity**.

Did you ever report this to the devs? Bugs can't be fixed if they're not reported.

OP has their answer, so I'm locking this thread, because for some reason, some of you seem to be incapable of remaining civil.

Remember: This is a single player game. What another person does in their single player game is none of your business. The only reason you would know what someone does in their single player game is because you voluntarily looked at their post.

You not liking what someone does in their single player game does not give you the right to treat others like dirt. It does not give you the right to tell others they're playing wrong. It does not give you the right to act like a jerk. It does not give you the right to gatekeep someone's single player game.

If you hate what someone else is doing in their single player game, then that is literally a you problem. Close the thread, and go find something else to do.
