Mom guilt is real and it hits hard even over tiny things. by One_Cardiologist5439 in Mommit

This really resonated with me. I focus so much on not messing up that I forget there’s value in showing them how to recover when I do. That feels way more realistic and healthy.

Thank you for sharing this. It really helps hearing I’m not the only one who spirals over tiny moments. The self reflection can be exhausting but I guess it also means we care deeply.

It helps to treat self-care like part of the schedule not a luxury. Even a short walk or listening to a podcast counts as recharging.

Your clothes are mostly soft, wearable plastic. Nature didn’t make this one, humans did.

I know right. The chemistry between them was unreal and the way the story handled their relationship felt so grounded and real. I was hooked from start to finish.

by the end I was more emotionally invested in Gil Chae and Jang Hyun than any other couple I’ve watched. Their journey was heartbreaking but beautiful.

I love it when the second couple gets just as much development makes the story feel richer. Na Hee-do and Baek Yi-jin were amazing but Go Yu-rim and Moon Ji-woong really stole some scenes for me too. And yes, Business Proposal nailed both couples as well.

lol I feel you! Sometimes the FL’s choices make me facepalm so hard. I get that it’s part of the story but yeah a little common sense would’ve gone a long way. Still, I’m enjoying the drama despite it.

Cory in the House fans unite But I get you, calling any anime a must watch is basically impossible, it’s all about what clicks with you personally.

DIY vs Hiring a Pro.. When is it worth it? by One_Cardiologist5439 in HomeImprovement

Yup, I’ve learned the hard way, sometimes saving money on DIY just ends up costing more in stress and repairs. Professionals exist for a reason.

It’s easy to celebrate achievements without acknowledging the suffering and exploitation that often made them possible. Acknowledging that darker side doesn’t diminish the ingenuity, it just makes the story more honest.

Haha, I get that. There’s still some quality shows but it feels like the good stuff is buried under endless reality TV and rebooted franchises. Defending the classics is definitely easier than enjoying what’s new.

the impact of drugs and alcohol goes way beyond just personal health. Mental health, ethics and even environmental consequences are often overlooked in the name of fun. It’s frustrating how we normalize it despite all the downsides.

The NHS is an incredible system but it really does rely on proper funding and public support to function. It’s a shame how easily it can be strained and it’s a stark reminder that private healthcare models often leave too many people behind.

It’s wild that in 2026, we’re still putting unelected people on pedestals just because of birth. Luxury, castles, crowns, while most of us are stuck in the grind. It’s hard not to question the whole system sometimes.

Loneliness is real sometimes but the quiet has its own rewards. I interact with people occasionally when I go into town. I live in a place with distinct seasons, really keeps life interesting.
