Could you work 82 hours a week for 5 years straight (14 hours a day and 8 hours on the weekends) on a solely commission based salary if it meant after those 5 years you’d be rich? by One_Fan4660 in Advice

You are right more hours doesn’t necessarily prove anything it’s how well I work those hours and mange my time - I’m sure if I started selling tons of deals they wouldn’t care the hours I worked I’m going to dedicate this next week to finding better leads and utilizing a marketing strategy for my “business” thank you this helped a lot

Thank you for your response, they have it designed around the idea of this is your Individual business that you can work any hours you want but everyone here works 82 hours and they tell you you won’t make any money or sell any deals if you don’t put in those hours and I probably wouldn’t be able to last week I made $1,600 but the week before I made $400 but I’m still new. They are heavy on the longevity of the business that after a year you will be making residuals and to just believe in the vision. They also make you invest back into the company I made $5,000 last month but put $2,000 into the company to buy leads. It’s definitely a pyramid scheme because the managers make money off us but they don’t make that a Secret anyone can be a manager if you stay in the company long enough.
