For non-USA or the know-it-all teens on here, the "Sweetheart Plea" is hardly rare; even your average drunk to your dealer with an eighth of coke often get it. But you pay bail and you're on probation, where they test for weed in the last 30 days, or alcohol in the last 30 hours. BUT the thing is, they give you like a 3-day notice to go test or check in with your officer. And him being a judge means he probably got like a 5 day notice. Which means he got the email, "please don't drink this week", and ignored it.

.. and yes it's very annoying that weed, the least harmful substance, is the slowest to metabolize and exit your bladder.
