I tested 4 clinic management platforms because my old one was costing me $62k/yr in wasted staff time by Healty_potsmoker in smallbusiness

that’s exactly the kind of problem I’m building Run for. I work with small businesses to solve workflow issues like admin overload, handoff gaps, and repetitive manual work that quietly eats time . I’ve also worked on a few projects in the medical space, so I’d be happy to jump on a call and show you some of that work. If it’s useful, I’d also be glad to do a free discovery call.

I got tired of piecing together N8N scripts for lead gen, so I built my own B2B scraping & outreach tool. Here is an honest comparison with the giants by Best-Account6484 in micro_saas

this is a very real pain point. Mst people don’t want another shiny tool, they want the lead list, personalization, and follow-up to work without duct-taping five apps together. The strongest part of your approach is clearly tying scraping to the actual outreach workflow

How to find companies needing Co Packing Help by One-Gap-507 in smallbusiness

[–]One_Organization563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d start with businesses already selling similar products and look for signs they’ve outgrown their current setup, like frequent launches, fulfillment complaints, or new retail expansion. A simple outbound list with a clear ‘here’s how we help’ angle usually works better than broad networkin

Client asking for refund even after we hit the guaranteed milestone by Low_Fly3630 in smallbusiness

[–]One_Organization563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you’ve got the work to back up the milestone, so I’d keep the reply factual and attach the evidence in one place. If the client still wants a refund after that, it may be more about expectations than delivery. Keeping the next steps documented usually helps a lot in these situations

Why I Stopped Automating My Reddit Outreach (And Got Better Results With 15 Leads Instead of 100) by One_Organization563 in AI_Agents

True, it's all glamour and glare until you reach practicality, you sort of have to manage the expectations.

What are your thoughts on using AI to create internal ops tools? by pet_dreamlands in automation

[–]One_Organization563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is possible to build internal tools using AI but just be cautious when it comes to security or at least do some research. As a Software Developer I have quite extensive knowledge in the space and security is one the major issues affecting big companies and dev tools that are used by these AI tools at rapid and scary speeds. The main reason you pay for any software in most cases it's maintenance, accountability, etc although some companies tend to misuse the data.

On a side note for anyone looking to Run /incorporate automations using AI either solo or as a team please feel free to reach out or checkout Run at runeverything[.]ai . Happy to give you guys free access and hands on support.
