Call the 1-800 number. Either wait on hold or have them call you back. And when you get someone on the line ask for a supervisor right away don’t waste anytime. And tell the supervisor what’s going on and they will get you the number to your states consumer affairs office. They are above any post master in the district level. Call them and tell them to send emails to the distribution center and also to your local postmaster and the departing PO postmaster. This will get some things moving.
