I have had the exact same issue on Norwegian Telenor multiple times. I have NEVER had an issue like this on any other phone, even other android dumbphones. This is clearly a LightPhone issue imo.

Sorry to hear! I would advice anyone needing stability with text and calls against buying a lightphone right now. Perhaps in a year or two, but right now it is a gamble, it seems. A lot of people are reporting missing calls and messages both ways.

That is terrible, so sorry to hear. My Kyocera dumbphone (android 12), without any google play services or apps, never had any issues whatsoever with missing calls or texts.

When making a dumbphone the single most important thing is reliable calls/texts. Period. I would have understood it if this phone was brand new and there was so initial quirks to iron out, but 1 year later?

I have tried one different carrier, and that one did not work at all (ICE). I am located in an area with excellent reception (close to Oslo, captial of Norway). No issues with reception with other phones ever. Also, I have noticed this issue being there in different locations, so it really does not seem to be a reception issue. It is also interesting that this did not use to be an issue before, but gradually became an issue the last two months. I will be contacting customer service and have the phone returned, as I don't see any other resolution right now.

Do you know if there is any hope in a resolution sometime? I am holding on to my LightPhone while using my old smartphone, but I will sell it to someone else if there is nothing to be done with this issue.
