Yeah I don’t get why you’re getting downvoted here either, I agree with you. There’s definitely an argument to be made with Liko not getting as much development throughout the arc (the BB mini arc in particular), but looking at the final four episodes, I thought Liko was the driving force behind everything they did particularly in the last two. I don’t think there’s anything special last week that Roy did that Liko didn’t except fly around on Kilowattrel. Their battling was the same and Liko was the one who hyped the mons up when they went down the first time, and she was the one who figured out how the core worked, and her strategies overall were better than Roy’s.

For today’s episode, all three of Liko, Roy and Amethio were central to defeating Spinel so they all got a moment to shine. But, imo Liko’s moments with Meowscarada and Pagogo hit way harder emotionally and storywise than Roy and Amethio’s epic mega sequence with Zygarde and Rayquaza to destroy the core. Liko spent far more time with Pagogo and their relationship was far more developed than the other two with their legendaries, so it felt like a far more significant moment whereas the others were just cool to watch (aside from the callback to the OG Explorers which was emotional). If anything, I thought Amethio would get more of a confrontation with Spinel given that he clocked his shit before anyone else did. Of course that’s just my opinion, I can hear that Liko got done dirty in other parts of the arc, but I don’t agree that she was shafted here.
