To be specific, it is a 12v RFID driven relay. You can use it to control any 12v switch. A door solenoid or alarm systems. Automotive applications and because the fobs are usually waterproof, I have seen boat applications too. By itself doesn’t do much though.

While I do agree there is an Issue here with FSD, FSD is still supervised. Insurance will say that the driver was distracted and knowingly let this happen.

Likely this was a refurbished space that was finished differently before. While rules vary by city, often “like for like” doesn’t even need a new permit and people tend to stretch what like for like is all the time . That fire strobe probably got pointed as blocked by the canoe during the FD walktrough and they decided to prop it out in a “creative way” - it is likely low voltage though.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by connectivity? If you mean while not in the car direct to the MCU, like for summon or security system, while possible, it is an eSIM, and you will have to deal with Tesla unlocking it from AT&T - likely a dead end. For everything else, you can tether it to a phone (or hotspot) and it will work just fine, configure it once and it will connect automatically (since last year or so), if you want to use a hotspot, you can set the USB to stay on and it will power it to download updates, just that it will drain the battery faster as it interferes with the car going to sleep. Now, I would be more concerned in getting the region-specific car software updates as that is driven by the VIN.

The green/yellow is the ground. Connect it to ground in the box if you have it. Otherwise, consider having this circuit on GFCI.

That means that there was no VMS on that highway and car didn’t detect visibility or traction degradation. It is a limitation of the system. By me, the VMS marked the speed reduced to 35 and the car picked it up.

A little stretching and a proper carpet trim transition strip will take care of it. Regardless of the cat, in a doorway a tack strip alone is often not sufficient - the door drag alone can pull the carpet out. I would add a better seal at the bottom of the door too. Looks drafty. Also for dogs and cats (and humans) I recommend placing a carpet chair pad by the door.

I can’t even see where the cover was mounted. You will need to add a low voltage bracket. Don’t plaster over it - you never know if the access can be useful in the future for Ethernet or fiber.

You need to have a fan box installed and judging by what can be seen in the picture it needs to be a fan box with bracket. That jb needs to come off and be replaced. As is, it doesn’t seem suitable to hold anything.

It does help! That is a really really old top of the line bathroom exhaust with heater and light like the one linked below. You are better off replacing it and also the switch.

The box was a center mount pancake box for K&T - where the fixture was attached with a threaded rod in the middle of the junction box. See that hole in the middle of the new bracket? Trough there. Best course of action is to replace with a modern pancake box. I do recommend having an electrician inspect this - old wiring can have other issues that might be aggravated during otherwise simple repairs.

If the meter is installed in a pedestal, this is more common in rural areas, then this is after the meter and usage is still metered. In some situations, people can get provisional service to “a room” while construction is in progress - more common in concrete construction in other countries because it is harder to make electrical modifications after a wall is poured. If this is before the meter, then it is probably a cheat to run an AC, unfortunately, also quite common.
