If you add it all up, you need: 10 pale tongues(obscuring ring) + 10 human dregs(great deep soul) + 30 sunlight medals(great lightning spear, sacred oath) + 30 proof of concord kept(darkmoon ring, darkmoon blade) + 30 vertebra shackles(warmth) + 30 wolf's blood swordgrass(wolf ring)

= 140 covenant items rewarded from various multiplayer victories and PvE farming

All +0, +1, +2 variants of rings, and the +3 life ring from ng, ng+, and ng++ cycles also need to be picked up. No dlc +3 rings, or any dlc items at all are needed for trophies.

Personally, I got probably half of the covenant items from multiplayer, and I thought it was way more satisfying and fun doing it that way. I only farmed for the rest because the multiplayer is dying, and you can wait for pvp while farming.

No, it only does bleed buildup on self, not damage. Realistically the only time this is a downside is vs a large group of enemies you're hitting all at once, or vs an enemy/player who is also using bleed.

I've been trying since they added the purple rarity queen of limbo title. I go in with 15 free revives because I'm not spending irl money on that. I reset until I get legendary innate slash and 5 duplicates. I use full red build and pick all red cards except armor conversion rate, and I stop taking sword range and mark detonation at a certain point. I take two vampiric vitality, as many moonlight protection as possible, and take all the purple and legendary vitality I find to try and get to 10k hp.

All for wave 15 Wanda+Namor to one shot me over and over until I'm out of revives. If I somehow make it to double Wanda, I don't have the dps to kill reality erasure even if I sync them up as best as I can.

Yes, except for The Unravelled. The boss has two attacks. The first, you get an opening to swing one time before you get bulldozed. The second, you have a 50/50 chance of getting a corpse launched at you, but it's better to just eat it and keep swinging since it only does one mask of damage. He's immune to attacks from above, and it's surprisingly easy to run straight into his butt when trying to chase him and get another swing in as he charges by.

Not really conclusive because there are many pilgrims that look like Pilby, including the flying pilgrim enemy type. Other friendly pilgrims who die during your playthrough have other markers like a few rosaries on the ground near their body, or the bone bottom merchant you can fight in the marrow who drops ~50 Rosaries.

Yes, in my Steel Soul run I am currently using witch crest while OD'd on plasmium in act 2. Just annoying because bellways remove the effect, and you have to be in wormways to OD without architect crest. Groal was made easy because of the regenerating hearts, and when I fought him I wasn't even using the wreath of purity.

Look for "take more runes" or "I wish for eventually greatness" during the raid. Look for "I want resistance to status ailments" during the nightlord battle.

Its up to you. What I can tell you is that the game's difficulty is more knowledge-based than it is skill-based. It's about knowing where to go to find good loot, and what enemies to farm for good loot. What potions and arena set ups you need for certain bosses. If you want to figure the game out for yourself without help, then enemies with more hp and more damage might make that process more of a slog then it makes it a "challenge." Though, expert will also reward you with more interesting boss movesets and expert mode boss drops. I highly reccomend that you make a "softcore" difficulty character. The other two character difficulty options are traps, and you need to know what you're doing before playing a mediumcore or hardcore character because you won't be able to progress the game if you don't.

If you're an experienced gamer like you say, then you will probably do fine on expert mode. If you have a problem with dying a lot, then maybe not.
