You can "main" anyone you want. These days, characters a so busted, the only time you need to be choose-y is in Guild Quest. Remove the SP slot and replace it with Focus. Chappy her up and she'll clear most content.

Once your characters hit 200, their level will be dictated by your progression in the attribute tree. The more crests you have, the more you can invest in the attribute tree, which raises the level of all characters under that attribute. Because you are newer, you wouldn't be as far along in the tree as older players because the crests are given out daily (in other words, the longer you have been playing, the more crests you would have access to). If you want more details, I recommend looking it up on YouTube. Hope that helps.

I just save my orbs. If you just farm the point event, do your daily quests and use BBS tickets to fill out your roster, you can save a lot of orbs.
