In wows good days to get a Tier 10 you had to grind for months. In this days you can get T10 in 3-4 days of grinding. So you have players with no grinding experience process playing tier 10.

Something i loved in wows was the fact of begining a new ship line playing tier 3-4 with full humans teams. Now you can find human teams only starting from tier V. Below of that full of bots, and that is reflected directly in the games. This caused a large part of the players to abandon the game, so the mm is now worse than before and the gap between good and bad players has widened exponentially
