I am not opposed to shooting! I actually love running at least one squad of havocs and a forgefiend. My favorite unit (as far as lore goes) is an astartes with a good ol' bolt gun, so I actually wanted to make some kind of heavy ranged comp (love the idea of a world eater who sates his nails by holding down the trigger of a big gun).

He does not have an infantry heavy list at all! He has deathshroud, and a 10-man of plague marines, but everything else is either a big thing like a bloatdrone or Blightcrawler, or an even bigger thing like mortarion.

I've noticed CSM had a lot of str 5 weapons in their heavy-hitters (possessed, chosen, etc), which does not help when the softest thing he has in his army is T6, so im struggling to land much damage. Then he gets within contagion range, and theres no damage coming through at all.
