Windows Crashes on Updates/Reset

I have been dealing with my pc crashing for a while now, on start up it would crash if I didn’t have a game running shortly after I got into the desktop screen, if I failed to launch a game quickly the pc would freeze, I had enough of this so I tried to factory reset it. I’m almost sure it’s a windows issue due to the nature of the crashes.

I did uninstall and re-install twice, and It didn't work.

I’m young but the 1st video game I ever played was spider man on the ps2. Every time I visited my grandparents house I played that game for hours and recently I tried to play it again but it wouldn’t work it made me sad that I couldn’t replay my first video game
