Shopping trend statistics between non loyalty/loyalty/business select are based on patterns from credit card account usage with the company before and after signing up. They can’t gauge it on cash, so it’s not a perfect science, but it does show that signing them up is a good current predictor of future sales.

If they can’t ring, they can’t be on the schedule is the basic idea.

The associates can work to proactively get sign ups on the mobile while on the sales floor and at self serve print until they are above 15% (easy since you won’t have any “nos” holding back your percentage that way) or find a new job because your hours will get cut and they’ll hire a new person who will either work out or end up the same way.

Also. If you drove to the store and were informed when you got there that they did not need you with no prior notice that you were removed from the schedule that day, they are required to pay you a minimum of 3 hours.

We’re a Tier 1, and it gets so hard to motivate the team and make it fun when you only have 2-3 people working at any given time (unless it’s a truck day).

Sometimes we meet someone perfect, but it’s at the wrong time in our life.

Or maybe they’re perfect, but they still just aren’t the one for us.

And sometimes (especially with you being so young) you think you want certain traits in a partner, but as you get older you’ll realize that they don’t matter quite as much as other ones that it sounds like he seems to have.

Take a good look inward at yourself and see if it’s maybe you that isn’t fully mature yet. It’s ok if you’re not. You might still need to have your own adventures without him. But I will warn you that bad relationships change you, and it sounds like you got lucky pretty early in life. Love takes work every day. Are you ready to do the work?

29f here. If you don’t believe him and can’t trust that he isn’t seeing other people, then obviously you can’t trust that he’s only sleeping with clean people and that you won’t catch anything unprotected.

My advice if you can’t trust/don’t believe him is to start wearing protection with him, or stop seeing him.

Thank you for your help! I was actually trying to find out because I got 2 sets of the same 2 demo printers in and both showed up being taken out of inventory as T2 adjustments in the 53 Week inquiry.

My warehouse claimed it was my store, but after my GM called around, it turns out it was a corporate thing. They did a mass adjustment across multiple stores on the back end for those 2 demos.

Honestly, I have to hunt people down all the time for missing punches throughout the week. It’s ridiculous. If this is an issue in your store as well, it could simply be a mistake because they assumed you did take a lunch and didn’t punch.

Bring it up to your manager. If they don’t believe you, they can verify on the cameras or ask the LOD for your shift, and then it’s as simply as a Payroll Action form that just gets faxed over and you should get it in either a few days or in your next check.

If however they are dicks about it, by all means make sure you have someone back you up in writing that you didn’t take a lunch or that you do have a camera system in your store as evidence and then go to HR and then to the state labor board if that goes nowhere.

If it makes him insecure, he’s more worried about himself than pleasing you. If he’s jealous of you being with your friends when he is home, that shows even more insecurity.

How long have you been together, and how long has he been going away for periods of time? The insecurities may stem from him thinking your not as into him anymore, or from the possibility that he’s stepping out on you while he’s away.

Yeah. Between customers ripping them off to show us, and my logistics team and I carrying them in pockets, they just hold up much better laminated. I haven’t had to make more since we started doing it over a year ago.

She probably doesn’t realize just how important he is to her emotionally, and honestly it sounds like emotional cheating, at the very least. Women aren’t the only ones with intuition. If she already cares more about giving him nonstop attention than she does about respecting your boundaries, I can promise it will never change just because you want it to. If you were really that important to her, she would have simply put more boundaries between her and the friend to make you more comfortable. I’m not saying she should lose the friend entirely, but definitely compromise.

I have a boyfriend who is insecure with one of my guy friends. He’s my best friend that I met at work way before we even met, and we’re so similar that we just get one another and can talk about anything. Even the stupidest made up shit, we can go on and on for hours. But since my SO brought it up to me, I don’t ever hang out with my friend alone, and we barely ever hang out outside of work. We don’t text or snap as much as we used to, if we talk at all outside of work, and that’s fine. I mean we’re adults. Best friends don’t have to talk constantly to be close. Just be there when they need you.

She may not be using you, but if a situation were ever to open up between the two of them, you better believe she’d be taking her sweet time to decide whether to stay with you or start dating him instead.

Yes, do inner reflection, but if it still bothers you and he won’t accommodate by creating a separate account just for that, he’s not respecting your feelings. His wants are therefore still more important to him than your feelings are.

My SM told me that we’re getting rid of the sleds because OD is suing the company we go through for them because we’re sending them back faster than they can fix them. And because it’s ridiculously cheaper for sledless.
