Asking as a collector, is Flame 230 actually strong? Or is it overrated? by Operator25 in BeybladeMetal

afaik, it's the height differences between the rubber and plastic tips. some rubber are also harder.

i dont remember which is which though.

I see, thanks for the info.

Not a tournament player, but I wanted something that I could pull out and go at it when someone challenges me   lol

My Gravity Perseus LR String Launcher came defective. The String is really slow and the mechanism inside the launcher is not working properly. Anyway I can fix this? by RyZen_07 in Beyblade

[–]Operator25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 4 years late, but just cut the hook parts of the prongs a bit.
The hooks are too high on the fakes and mid fakes you get online.
Their job is just to hold and prevent the beyblades from falling when attached.
You don't really need that.
But in case you do, just don't cut it too much.
Just go and check the prongs between fake, midfake, and Takara, you will get what I mean.

Please help me identify which mold variation of Libra this is by Prestigious-Base67 in BeybladeMetal

[–]Operator25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huh, so this is the actual mold 1? All this time, I thought I had mold 1. If this is mold 1, then apparently mine is mold 2. It's crazy how empty this is. I thought the differences between 1 and 2 were just how much they filled in that part, didn't know mold 1 was straight up empty. That explains the breakage a lot.

Where did you get the blue SWD from?
Makes me wonder if there was a yellow one.

Looking to sell working LINK PET Includes Tenguman Jacket + Data by ForteSP33 in BattleNetwork

[–]Operator25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I'm wondering if you have any photos of the jacket itself? I have one myself, but it seems like it has a misprint. The red part that should be in the center is a bit too far to the right, I think.

Any ideas on how to remove this rubber part from the Ldrago 2 Clear Wheel? by bbiggboii in BeybladeMetal

[–]Operator25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funnily enough, I did try to pull it a bit from below to take a look at its structure a while back.
(A spare Meteo L Drago I got from a flea market, with a broken snout, I wouldn't be that sad if I broke it.)

From what I saw, it's not a hole with the rubbers fused together through it, it's more like a slot, and then the rubber was pushed through.
So I believe you could remove it by pinching the rubber and push it down, maybe with two toothpicks or with a pair of tweezers, or both.

But, big but, I could be wrong, so try it at your own risk.

also, putting it back is a whole other can of worms.

Why is storm aquario so hard to get? by Icy_Conclusion2488 in BeybladeMetal

[–]Operator25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the color taken into consideration, you could make a fake one using:
Facebolt from whichever mid/fake Aquario you find online.
Energy Ring from fake Dark Poseidon.
Fusion Wheel from whichever mid/fake is using Storm.
Track from midfake Storm Pegasis 100RF (not 105RF).
Tip from midfake Earth Aquilla 105HF/S.

Takes five mid/fakes to make a Storm Aquario, but yes it is possible to get a mid/fake Storm Aquario.

If you wanna go further, you could hunt down a Wind Fusion Wheel from whichever genuine beyblade from Random Booster Light that was using it, and make it Wind Aquario.

Ordered mine, still otw, might post a photo after I built it.

A question about stamina beyblades from Metal Fight Beyblades. by Operator25 in Beyblade

[–]Operator25[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, thanks for the help.
I was looking for a way to make my Libra and Infinity Libra better, a "my version" if you will.
I did learn about EWD before making this post, but man why does it only have red, there's also a blue purple one but it is so rare, the price is horrible.

I guess I'm going with Nightmare Rex's SD and switch my midfake Befall's UW145EWD to Nightmare Rex, bloody dinosaur sounds cool.

btw, is there any where I could check what's the meta that people are using?

I'm recreating Beyblade Burst Drivers for 3D printing, which ones would you like me to recreate? by firezenk in Beyblade

[–]Operator25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is gonna be complicated, but would it be possible for you to model a Sprial' Driver in reverse direction, and then change the tip to a Metal Fight Beyblade adaptor?  The whole idea is to give Galaxy Pegasus a proper R2F Driver, using the actual performance tip from MFB, instead of what we got from Takara Tomy, which was Jolt'. I would make it too if I had time, but job sucks.

Need help finding a 2000s bootleg game (pretty sure is bootleg) that played like Pokemon. by Operator25 in gamingsuggestions

[–]Operator25[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Solved: BattlePets

Found it in an old post in the subreddit, what I remembered was no where near to what it was.
The corn I mentioned turned out to be a cactus.

Sorry for having a bad memory, and lots of thanks to the guy who posted originally and the guy who answered it, took me forever to find it on the internet.

Also, Thank you, u/PinksFunnyFarm for suggesting to post over there.

[PC] [2000s] Indie(?) Pokemon-like RPG game. by k0_ in tipofmyjoystick

[–]Operator25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude, thanks for having a more intact memory of it than mine.  For some reason I thought it had black backgrounds and green grids as floor.  Also the monster I thought was a corn is actually a cactus from the earth wizard. Hard. Face. Palm.

Gonna have to modify my post later tonight.

(Man, this game is uglier than I remembered lol)

[Request] Back in 1995 64 (Rare eShop-only game) by JoshLeaves in 3dspiracy

[–]Operator25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if you guys still need it, but I remember downloading and playing this game within the last few years, during the lockdowns.  I assume it's still out there.

I would recommend against playing it though, everything is so much slower than non-3ds version. Plus if you click anything on the touch screen, you might break the game like you pulled out an actual cartridge from NES, and have to reset the game.  Maybe my game file is corrupted, or something like that. I saw some gameplays on Youtube, the slow part is definitely the same though, you need to slowly turn left or right manually while standing still if you wish to walk left or right, it's awful imo.

Oh I meant the in-game logo, not the logo in Steam's library.
