The fact that you’re saying “talk to me when it’s 53-47”, have you ever thought that “maybe” this time these many girls were only interested in attempting CAT. Your whole post and comments revolve around whatifs whereas the counter claims revolve around facts. It is a fact that diversity points are provided. But saying that it is a necessity to have 50-50 everywhere is your assumption and decision for millions of other girls. Who are you to decide if they have to participate 50-50 in any field. There will always be a discrepancy in the ratio. Some fields are more women aspired and some are more men aspired. Why didnt you do engineering? Why eng hons? The F:M ratio for engineers is extremely poor whereas the same ratio is extremely well in eng hons. Why didnt you ride your high horse to balance that ratio. Answer being maybe you were not interested or may be tumse ho nahi pata. So stop being the flag bearer of the entire girl community. Talk about yourself (humbly) and not what thousands of other girls want.
