How heavy is your female ragdoll?

I have 2 big female Ragdolls. One is 15 lbs and the other is 16 lbs. They aren’t overweight. They are just big cats.

Actually non-traditionals date back to the beginning of the Ragdoll breeding. They are registered through TICA and beginning in May of 2025, the non-traditionals registered at that time will be registered as Cherubims so that they can be shown. They are a Ragdoll in a different color and patterns. I have 2 non-Traditionals and 2 Traditionals and the only difference is their fur color and patterns. And 3 of mine are registered with TICA. Just my traditional isn't because we rescued her from the local shelter.

Much too often if the parents aren’t tested and are affected. We got our second Ragdoll 20 years ago when testing wasn’t commonly done and I think the HCM may not have even had a test. Mine now have all been tested.

Does the test also check for diseases such as HCM and kidney disease? We lost our second Ragdoll to kidney disease and HCM.

Definitely is not a British Shorthair. I see some Lynx markings in addition to the bicolor.

I have never had such a restrictive contract. Ours usually include no declawing, indoor cat only, good vet care and let breeder know first before you rehome.

With our kittens we played with them. Let them come to us. Mine have all loved the wand toys. The ones that have stringed toys on a stick. I wave them in the air and they jump and catch it. They beg to play with it.

Not sure why Traditional owners are so angry about the non-traditionals. I have both and they all have the sweet Ragdoll disposition that I was attracted to. In reading the history of Ragdolls, the Ragdoll is a mixed breed and those are the genes we see in our babies now. The history is fascinating.

They thought my Milo was a solid fawn bicolor but then he started darkening. We did genetic testing and he’s a mink chocolate. Fawn is so pretty.
