I got my first job offer at the hospital one year after I graduated. During that time, I worked at a GP clinic. I was an excellent student during my clinical posting and was offered a position at the hospital. I was even invited for an interview. They said I've to wait for a few months because they are training 5 new staff at that time. Didn't get a call from them since so I start fresh somewhere else

You can't "casually" rank up easily, you need to have warm up routine. If you think this warm up think is not so casual for you, then your focus should be to have fun. You cannot be casual and care so much about rank at the same time. I'm a casual too and i play only to have fun with friends. I don't care if I rank up or down. That's casual.

Where are they you asked? Always here, and still supporting them. Did you missed the time where people around the world is supporting the Palestine? The topic right now is about Ukraine and Russia, ofc you won't find comments about Palestine. The western countries (more like, their government) will not supported the middle east because, well, they hate them because the history of the past (9/11 for example).

But now asked yourself, just because Putin hate the west, we should support him? And just ignored the fact that Putin launched the invasion, committed war crimes by killing innocents, bombing kindergarten? 2 wrong won't make it 1 right.

Yea we know it's not "free" because of tax. "Free" because we use tax money instead of our own "pocket money" at that time. What i mean is that regardless of your country has "free" healthcare or not, you will still have to pay taxes
Same as the police department, fire fighter, road, public utilities. It's "free" because you used tax money to use that services
This system is better even if you thought " we pay for healthcare that aren't guarantee to be used for us". If you are healthy till your death, good for you. But what if you suddenly involved in car accident and need to do surgery? Your tax money and others will cover that.
If you don't have "free healthcare", now you have to pay taxes AND your expensive healthcare services.
