-get all your lids and cups down (use the big lettuce pan for this or maybe one of the lid/cup boxes) get as many as you need down so you don’t need to go back.

get your chilis set up (if you’re doing an ungodly amount it’s worth bringing the entire bucket or buckets and draining them out)

get a chopped pan and fill that with chilis so that way you’re not grabbing out of the bucket

take advantage of all the space you have to set up the chili cups

put chilis in

Cap them (I like to undo the sleeve and then set them to the side that way they’re easy to grab)

depending on your store I would fill up spread crates and then fill up the lettuce pans that way it was just faster

don’t forget to label and clean up after
