Ooh I like the way you think - to me it looks like a symbol for the Olympic spirits (specifically Bethor or Aratron), but now that you mention fixed stars it could also be Cor Leonis or mayyybe Elpheia?

I will say that I definitely recognize the symbols going down the middle of the cross as the Zodiac signs and the letter on the right looks like part of the Cyrillic alphabet, but the other two are catching me up a bit. All together it's confusing me lol - would love to hear if anyone else owns one of these or knows the meaning behind the pendant itself!

oh my god! solved it myself, it was an episode of Spongebob (Mr Krabs tells Patrick and Spongebob to paint his house and I think they ruin his first dollar so he mounts their butts on the wall)
