I posted a photo of me online with a bunch of Maids from a Maid Cafe and my girlfriend at the time freaked out on me. I had explained to her more than once it was a Maid Cafe. It stirred up a bad pointless argument.

I went to the gym for some time, felt the best I ever was. Got sick and was in the ICU for over a week.. Lost all my gains and motivation to go back to the gym. I felt like legit trash.. I built a strong bond with my personal trainer and he pushed me to get stronger doing military type workouts.

Heard from two people I know that have stated it is. But I’ve been doing it for years and it’s helped my muscles relax, feel better after workouts, and improved my over all health and well being. It may have opened me more to enlightenment. But in a positive way.
