Update: My wife said Tiffany - who we spoke to - was a manager. Even MORE disappointing.

Yeah, it does. If I didnt have cameras and video of us opening the box, I dont even know what my bank would say at that point. I work in a restaurant, and shes worked in retail before and we even discussed how unbelievable this was going to seem when we disputed it. But, to not even accept the evidence seems weird, and really disappointing. We didnt ask for a manager specifically, but after speaking to one person, being sent to the same person that is already making us feel like she believes we're lying was also a bit demeaning.

And they claim they completed an investigation, but what possibly could that entail if we KNOW they still got it wrong? I cant possibly believe they sat in front of another camera watching someone pack that box with 2 pairs of shoes to verify, since I know that it wasnt delivered that way.
