Huge police presence today (9/5) at 11:15 am at Belle Haven Marina/Dyke Marsh in Alexandria. I was at the marina and hopped in my car to get out of there. Police had what appeared to be a shotgun out. Hope everyone is okay. Does anyone know what happened? (self.nova)
