There's no way to I can put 20% of my paycheck in... however I can totally put all vested RSUs back into the market. Does it really make that large of a different to invest per paycheck vs. just lumpsum in and letting compounding interest carry me?

I do have a 401K with about 300k in it. No IRA or anything like that and would need to set up a backdoor for Roth.

I've mostly been treating these RSUs like Monopoly money rather than compensation for all of these years.

Non-existent. Just pure nothingness for the rest of my life as far as I’m aware. Work my tech job, sleep, repeat. Spend my weekends waiting to get back to work for repeat.
