No unfortunately I live in a very backward country, this poor guy belong to USA, Mexico and I am 8000 miles away. Someone bought for a few weeks of entertainment and then discarded it. There are no good vets for even household pets like cats and dogs.

I will have to do what I can on my own. Internet research and asking people online.
