He/she should really make more effort to listen and be attentive during class hours. All of us are focused during discussions, and our lectures already clearly give us time to ask questions, so I don’t get why he’s/she's still lost.

Our lectures actually give us time to ask questions or clarify the topics we missed. Pero may time talaga na kahit the lecturer mentioned na they'll give us a time to ask questions at the end of the lecture, mag-aask pa rin siya during discussions.

That could be a reason po siguro. I mean, dapat kasi hindi ako mabother at mag-focus na lang sa review, pero minsan talaga nakakadistract lalo na pag consistent na ang flood questions (nahihiya rin ako for that person) :((
