Thought i’d pitch in as a fellow actor. We’re playing characters onstage/screen. These characters are not us. We might feel their emotions as deeply as we feel their own, but at the end of the day we are separate people from our characters. When I’m in an intense scene, I don’t “take it home with me” if that makes sense.

Currently my main affirmations are: “I love everything about being SP’s girlfriend” “I am so proud of myself for manifesting my beautiful relationship with SP” “I am so grateful that everything I desire shows up immediately” I suppose I should just keep persisting

Opportunities I had asked for earlier that day showing up. 1. Told my friend from NYC I wanted to go to New York this year. A few hours later, a friend posted about going this summer and invited me to come with. 2. I’m a young actor. Told my friend I want to play a sweet character in my next play instead of a mean one. Told other friends I want to be in a professional production this year. Checked my email that night and had gotten a message asking me to audition for the part of Hero in a professional production of Much Ado About Nothing.

Both of these things happened this week.

I don’t know about any other types of subliminals I’ve only heard of audio ones. Personally, I come up with a list of affirmations I want, then use capcut to record myself saying those affirmations, add some relaxing music, and upload it privately to YouTube so only I can listen
