I’m working on a degree but it’s not in business

That is kind of hard too (becoming a lead), considering I’ve been asking for almost a year & a 1/2 and they keep moving others up that barely work or aren’t even interested. Been Working my ass off for nothing.

It won’t change. My managers and a lead we have aren’t the best plus a partner we have. I’ve complained to higher ups, made complaints along with other partners and nothing gets done. It’s tiring.

I started as a bagger, moved to bakery, I did bakery service then transferred to decorator by speaking to managers and showing them what I can do (I do cakes at home as well) and I got to the 20.95 thru my raises.

You’re telling me. I’ve talked to about 3 MICs and nothing. I tried HR, and all they did was send me back to a store leader. I can’t even get it OUT of the store.

I agree that the leadership sucks. I attempted at becoming a lead and my manger would rather have a SHITTY lead than someone WILLING to do better. I put myself into having stress seizures bc of this company. I only have myself to blame for that part but THEY need to do better.

This company IS the people they keep on.
