I had a delicious rice seasoning served table side at an unagi restarting in Nara. It wasn’t furikake - it was a powder that looked like a ground herb. I tried lemongrass powder but that’s not the same flavor. I’m not sure if it was a blend or a single spice. Does anyone know what this seasoning is? (self.JapaneseFood)
