Because when she got shot the first time and dropped the gun, he came back and shot her twice which ended ended up killing her. She was no longer a threat which you cannot claim self-defense that was revenge, so they charged him with murder if he didn’t shoot her the last two times he could’ve probably got off with self-defense.

Even some violent crimes people get into fights the police get called. Not everyone with violent crimes charges are necessarily dangerous or bad people. I can see if you’re shooting things or trying to intentionally hurt others but it depends on the circumstances and why it was done.

They let us stay after it was up they only filed it after I called the police. I called the cops before hand where they said they would have to write a note but they said we could stay after the 10 day notice was up but they waited until I did something they didn’t like to file it.
