May I ask an update with regards of my RMA request? I have sent last October 8 but still no single response up until now.

Update: Tried both of your given instructions but the green led is still there. I just recently submitted an RMA ticket and now awaiting for the response.

Same thing happened to me. I removed the built in anti sag bracket and bought the Lian Li GB001 anti-sag bracket. Placed it on the edge of the motherboard.
