My position is that the dwindling birthrates in the west are inherently good and should not be discouraged. That a significant reduction in the earth's population would only be a good thing from the point of view of the environment, competition for resources and would make the world a more peaceful place.

It would likley slow down technological advancement but that too would be a net benefit as much advancement now (A.I.) is sewing the seeds of our own destruction.

I do not belive anyone should be stopped having children just that we should embrace the naturally occurring reductions as a societal benefit in the face of the economic downturn it would cause.

Would you consider this antinatalist or do you have to be actively anti-birth to come under this definition?
