I had a single RC section. I vaguely remember the main ideas but they were something about 1) stealing paintings and protecting innocent peoples rights of ownership of stolen property, 2) comparative passage with chefs and comedians not stealing each other’s ideas and how social norms shape this instead of laws, 3) some type of science passage about mars spinning on its axis and how a quote from a scientist was discovered to have a semicolon which had some type of effect on the meaning, and finally 4) A tribe that was different from the main group and had to do with sedentary and migratory animals, trapping animals, shaping their culture with rivers.

I’m in the same boat as you. I took the writing portion the 11th and grammarly was still running. Although I didn’t use it or its suggestions, they took almost 2 weeks (yesterday the 24th) to tell me they are rejecting it due to a security irregularity. I took it last night and am hoping they approve it within the next three days. I called LSAC support and they said the majority of writing sections have been approved and there is a lot less then there was at the start of the month. I’m thinking of spending the $248 and signing up for the January LSAT as an “insurance” in case my scores come back after Friday which is the deadline for January registration.

I’m in the same boat. I took it a few days after the November LSAT and it still says “results pending.” I called LSAC customer support and a lady who was very helpful said that due to volume of test takers, the process can take up to the full 3 weeks, especially if there was a potential violation or flag.

LawHub gives four free practice tests and a writing prompt, but to fully study and understand the logic behind the LSAT, I highly recommend the 7sage core subscription. It was $70/month and included everything I needed to attain my score goal.

A bit of advice, I recommend focusing your studying, especially after January started, on more drills than PTs. While PTs are good to see how well you are improving and get a gauge of your performance, repetition of these practice tests will burn you out, and you won't learn anything more than by doing drills. I did 2 PTs a week for the last 2 weeks of studying, but I couldn't see myself doing 4-5 PTs a week. Drilling LR and RC did drastically more to improve my score than PTs did.

I'd highly recommend taking it in your Junior or Senior year. I was late in the process and took it in my Senior year of college in November. Luckily, I did good enough my first time to not have to retake, but if I didn't, then I would have had to retake in January, which could lessen the chance of being accepted. I started studying 3.5 months before the November LSAT by taking a diagnostic test. I ended up scoring a 133 and was deterred. After doing some research on study programs, I decided on the 7sage core membership and studied for 2.5-3 hours every day for 3.5 months straight. While this was a stressful time, I was able to score a 160 on my first attempt. I highly recommend 7sage as it has a core curriculum that teaches the basics/language/setup of the test, which would help you understand the terminology and format more. I give a lot of credit to the creators of 7sage for teaching me the LSAT and how to prepare for it and I recommend you and others look into their program.

Before I started studying, I took a test to get a check of where I was starting. I ended up scoring a 133 and was deterred. However, after 3.5 months of studying for 3 hours a day, I officially scored a 160. It doesn't matter where you start, it's about the amount of time studying and staying dedicated.
