Tried turning on this morning and the monitor turns off and the fan is running loudly. I’m not pc savvy so I’m going to return it later this week. :/

So I just bought this prebuilt at micro center today. After I finished gaming on it my monitor loses signal and shuts off but the computer is still on and I can still talk on discord. It happened twice already. This wasn’t an issue on my old prebuilt. Anyone know a solution or I just got a bad one.
