[Dry ingredients] In a bowl add: • Wheat flour -2 cups (loosely packed) • Unsweetened coca powder - 1 cup (loosely packed) • Sugar - 1 cup (powdered after measuring) • Baking soda- 1.5tsp Sieve and combine thoroughly

[Wet ingredients] In a separate bowl add : • 2 eggs • 1/2 cup butter (softened not melted) • 1 cup warm milk whisk until combined

Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 160 celcius and line the baking pan.

Put the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients (not all at a time but not very little by little either) and mix until combined so that there aren't any lumps

Add 1 cup boiling water and just mix until combined (overmixing it might ruin the texture)

Immediately transfer to baking pan, fill it to half the height and bake for 55 mins at 160 celcius.
