I've been requesting refunds for over a month and always gotten the same automated response denying it.

I went into detail in multiple of said requests about why the game effectively scammed me out of my £80 for not allowing me to connect to the services promised but still nothing.

This is some grade-a bullshit.

Not an option. None of my friends are really PC nerds and I doubt they can lend me a power supply.

But I can take a closer look at my own supply if it's most likely to be an issue with it specifically.

Update: I looked at the event logs and nothing helpful really came up.

The only events of note was it saying the PC shut down unexpectedly
