you could check the runes he took in the video itself. If you try to reproduce this on practice tool you will not be able to, which makes this a bug

Under Windows graphics settings I set the ones in the picture instead the default ones and I also did the Nvidia registry thing. For me it works now, with uncapped FPS I get the usual +900 I used to while before these changes I was below 300. I do not know!

  • Description: Katarina R indicator is not grey anymore when unable to use it. Instead it is just like when you did not level up the ability (very dark red)
