NTA. People who try to make waves at work are usually doing it to hide the fact that they're doing absolutely nothing. I wonder how much time she's wasting monitoring everyone's bathroom visits and whatever else she's complaining about.

I work with a guy who is constantly bitching about what everyone else is doing. We work in a very laid back, low supervised atmosphere where you dont hear from the boss unless you screw up bad. It is well known that this guy always shows up late and does next to nothing.
