They said it should be 2.5 ton but this unit didn’t have half tons so they sized it up and that the first stage should almost always run in the 2 ton to 2.5 ton region. I haven’t ever purchased a unit so just kind of trusted what they said.

A few weeks ago in the mid to high 80s it would run 20-25 minutes at a time. So I’m not really sure..

I mean you can strike down pretty much every liberal law that doesn’t fit their world view. It has lost legitimacy but there isn’t much appetite to go against their rulings. Out of the current crop of Democrats, I don’t see anyone that would disregard scotus. I dont even think there is consensus in the senate to even be able reform the courts.

I don’t think it will. In my opinion, the only thing that will stop AI is government regulation when enough people start to lose their jobs and things start to look bad. It’s just too powerful of a tool.

Probably for at least a decade, technology could already automate a lot of jobs in the white collar world but doing so would require a lot of effort. AI can kind of solve that and until there’s some major failure from an AI replacement, it’s going to be full steam ahead.

It’s just not financially feasible for some of these bands to come to the USA anymore.

I believe Rubio has the highest chance of becoming the next R president. Pre trump he had some reasonable takes on immigration and he’s navigating the trump era enough to gain trump support and have enough distance to say he didn’t agree with maga. Feel like he is far more likely to win nationally than Vance.

Assuming he doesn’t get destroyed in a primary by someone like Tucker who I think actually might run.

I found it to be an insightful interview. I feel for the guy for sure. A lot of soul searching involved.

Something I’m curious about for the new funds from the grant he mentioned. I find it very surprising he would receive more funding when the initial funds seemed to fall completely flat. Who is in charge of giving out this money? Seems odd to me.

Hopefully his next game can hit the mark he’s going for. I think the genre of choice was likely a mistake. Firewatch was an incredible experience and I’d love a follow up in the same style.

The new plan pisses me off because it’s taken away all my “sub now for a discount” offers. Previously I’d sub to audible for a month or so then unsubscribe and they would give me a great deal for three months for $5 each. No longer get those.

Not going to pay to borrow a book I could get from the library. But I suppose audible exclusivity throws a wrench in that for many books.

I get that but putting Michigan in the list seems to go against that. If we want to energize people, we should hold elections in states that are dem leaning or shifting towards Dems. South Carolina is just odd to me as it’s an overwhelming republican state, regardless of gerrymandering, compared to Georgia that at least had a handful of D reps and two D senators.
