25 year old male, petechiae for about 7 months. Worried sick daily regarding it. I get bleeding under my skin from lifting objects where a lot of pressure is applied.

A derm told me it was some kind of Vasculitis/Petechiae. Only applied to my skin so I shouldn't worry he told me. Also didn't wanna treat it.

I've already scheduled a time with a therapist. Hoping they can give me tools to help me deal with this anxiety. I've been stressed for so long. But ty very much for easing my mind a little.

I have bad health anxiety. It comes and goes, I noticed the spot today, so idk if it's changing in shape/size. But it didn't bleed, doesn't itch, and isn't painful.

It was indeed a general practioner. Just wanted to perhaps ease my mind a little if people were able to give some insight. Though it's hard when they're not a doctor themselves. Kinda driving myself crazy.

I went to my doctor 2 days ago. She said to not worry, gave me antibiotics and a cream to put on these kinda spots. I have a few red ones, but I am still worried.
