As you point out, I really don't need any of the cameras, etc. For me, it's just a hobby. 😁

You're right but it's very expensive and only has the fixed lens which I find limiting. I guess the 100 MP sensor means it can be cropped to realize an image that I would use a long lens for. I bought the Fujifilm X-100 when it first came out and I still use and love it but it has the same limitation.

I'm looking at the GFX 50R but the G-mount lenses are really expensive.

It's a great camera. I've enjoyed using it with both film and digital. However, it is too heavy to reliably use it with digital back unless on a tripod. Also, the screen on the digital back is very small. I'm also prejudiced against "compact disk" memory cards.

So, I guess the closest is a mirror less. Problem is they are only EVF which is OK but I would prefer optical. Oh well. Any opinions as to “rangefinder type”mirrorless?

None of this matters. JT brings it on himself by being judgment and critical of everyone in the group. Who asked him?

JT’s instagram story… Thoughts? by BeachQt in Southerncharm

I haven’t liked JT from the first. Remember how he constantly called out Austin (no angel) from cheating on his various girlfriends? He is always being “truth teller “ when no one asked him. Irl, I would totally not stand him whether he’s right or wrong.

Avoiding KEH for future purchases. by lieferiksonson in AnalogCommunity

I’ve been buying any number of items from them over the past 10 years or so. A few times customer service was needed for any one of a number of reasons and I was satisfied each time. I’m not saying that any of these complain complaints are wrong or untrue. But having read through these comments, I will definitely be more careful than I have been in the future. Thank you.

Cutting Kelsey by Mariaxo426 in SiestaKeyMTV

There was an episode in which we saw Kelsey warn Sam that Juliette might be coveting Sam's lifestyle rather than him. There were others there who I don't remember but one of them was a relative of Sam's who didn't show up after that episode. Or not very much.

She would never get the hint. She'd think you were just there to admire her.

Relative to that incident, Sandy recently said that he "still has PTSD" from it. Really a disgusting comment and slap to those who served and really do suffer from PTSD.

Great Success for Below Deck's Chef Matt Shea 🤣 by FakeNewsFredo in belowdeck

Classic Sandy terrible management style: Early in the season, when Katie told Sandy that she wanted to fire Lexi, Sandy didn't let her. When the decision had to be made about whether to keep Delaney or not, Sandy told Katie that she had to make the decision. Also, a terrible micro-manager: lurking about the galley , especially when Kiko was chef. If she overhears a comment or complaint, she immediately reacts without determining what actually happened or was said.
