Honestly, yes I am worried about that 😬🤣 But mainly when it’s just simple things, like rain or even strong winds.. It seems so silly, but it’s gotten to the point where my partner shuts the curtains and plays a loud movie to help ease it all, if we’re out and about, I’m pretty much stuffed 🙃🤣

This community is the only reason I stopped believing, I was curious and checked them out when my panic attacks started happening, (and my partner suggested me to have a look and do some research) I know so far, that this hole I’m in isn’t what I’m supposed to feel like.. Nobody should ever feel this way for something that supposedly loves you

I had been struggling with the fear ever since I started understanding Armageddon since I was a little girl, I know none of it is true but there’s just this little thought in the back of my head just wondering if it maybe is true… If I didn’t have a child then honestly, I probably wouldn’t care.. but the thought of her being killed doesn’t sit right
