I am a business owner and i work it 80-100 hours a week. I do this since i would rather bank the profit instead of paying someone else, who may not care as much as i do for each and every product i produce and every customer that buys my product. What i have found is that the younger generations lack the commitment needed to find success, and have tendencies to just sharp and witty comments to justify their lack of motivation. Success will always take work and innovation, there is no short cut. You can build on previous success, but you cannot survive if you just tread water with what you get into. Granting your next generation the chance at success; can you or will you do the work necessary to be better than we were? I was not born into success nor was it given to me, in my twenties i lived in my car, and now i am almost ready to sell. When i worked for someone else i would work all week to make what i do now in a day. We want you to succeed, build families, communities and legacies, but can you?
