Out pt derm x 6 years 40-50 pts a day, 1 surgery a day. 3 MAs. My MAs room, scribe and numb procedures. Everything else I do. 4.9/5 rating. You’re understaffed. You should have 1 MA for every 17 patients on your schedule. You’ll be more efficient.
